Shopping with TRAVELILEO

Placing an order: You must have a Travelileo account to place an order. If you're an existing customer, you can enter your registered email address and password to sign in before starting your order.

How to open an account: It’s really easy to create an account, just click onto ‘My Account’ and select ‘New Customers’ to enter your details.

Please make sure your account is registered in your own name and the delivery address matches the billing address of your credit or debit card.

Signing to my account: Please click into ‘My Account’, enter your email address and password you used when you opened your account and click ‘Sign In Now’.

It’s easy to forget your password. If you can’t remember your password, click ‘Forgotten Password’ and follow the instructions.

We will create a temporary password for you, which will be sent to your registered email address.

To make your password more secure:

• Combine letters, numbers and symbols
• Use combinations or characters that aren’t in the dictionary
• Make it long. Travelileo allows passwords to be 6-12 characters long, the longer the password, the more secure it will be
• Use words and phrases that are difficult for people to guess
• Avoid your name or birthday
• Don’t use sequences or repeated characters. For example ‘12345678’ or ‘qwerty’

To place an order, simply click on an item, select the size and press ‘Add to Bag’. If you know the item number, you can enter this into the search box or use our ‘Quickshop’ option. You can also browse our categories using the drop down menus at the top of the page.

Once you’ve finished shopping, just select ‘Go to Checkout’ from your shopping bag.

If you don’t have a Travelileo account, don’t worry – you can create one at the checkout.

You can then choose your method of payment and complete your order.

We will send an email confirmation to your registered email address once the order has gone through, this can take a few hours to arrive. Remember to check your junk/spam folder too!

If you’d like to place your order by phone, we’re open 24 hours a day. Please note we can only take orders over the phone if you’re paying by credit or debit card. The billing address of your credit or debit card must match your delivery address.

If you’re unable to continue to checkout, please check that there are no ‘Sold Out’ items in your shopping bag. Simply remove these before continuing to place your order. We’re really sorry; you can’t pre-order or reserve items at this time.

Changing or cancelling my order: Can I change an order?

We process orders quickly so that your items arrive as soon as possible. This means we’re unable to change your order once you’ve placed it.

The only exception to this is if you want to cancel an item that is on delay. Please contact us and we can help you with this.

When you receive your order, please take a look at the items. If you still feel they aren’t suitable, just return them to us for a full refund. Simply return your parcel using the returns Smart label included in your parcel.

Saving my shopping bag: You can save items in your basket using the save for later button. This feature is exclusive to full price items only. Save for later is not available during sale periods.

Promotion code: From time to time we send promotion codes to customers. To receive your discount, simply enter the code into the ‘Promotion Code’ box at the checkout. The code is made up of a mixture of letters and numbers.

If the promotion code isn’t working, please make sure it has been entered correctly. All promotion codes must be entered in capital letters exactly as they appear on your brochure, promotional card or email. The promotional discount will be applied immediately before payment is taken.

Shipping And Risk Of Loss

Delivery to the shipping address you indicate on any order is calculated during the checkout process. Each order will usually be shipped from our location within 3-4 working days via Carrier DPD/Aramex (incountry), subject to availability of the products you have ordered. All items that you purchase from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please allow extra days for local holidays, internnational holidays, weekends and sale time. Travelileo reserves the right to amend or change the free delivery offer at any time, but we promise to notify customers at least 14 days in advance.

Offers/Sale/Black Friday Terms And Conditions

**Offers and promotions are available on selected styles only. All Sale/Marked Down items are subject to availability. During busy periods, we may restrict the number of items you can add to your shopping bag. When this happens, you will have the opportunity to remove items and complete your order. See Frequently Asked Questions for further help and information. During sale periods please allow extra time for your delivery.

Delivery Charge

Free shipping is available on all orders of $30 or over. Orders under $30 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $5. Travelileo reserves the right to amend or change this shipping offer at any time, but we promise to notify you at least 14 days in advance.

Note if you do not return the item within the time specified we may retain the item(s) and/or not refund at all or refund the current or last selling price. All cosmetics, grooming products and certain items can only be returned if found to be faulty. Where a product has a security seal, a refund will not be given if the seal is broken unless it is faulty.

Travelileo reserves the right to amend or change its returns and refunds policy at any time, so please check our Returns Information frequently.

Return and Replacement Policy

Our products are all printed on demand which means they are custom made especially for you or your customers. As a result we do not technically offer returns.

However, accidents do happen and your satisfaction is our top priority. So if we make a mistake we are more than happy to reprint and reship the order at our expense.

We will reprint and reship your order if one of the following situations has occurred:

1-The placement of the printed image is obviously different from the way you designed it in the product designer.

2-If we accidentally printed the wrong image.

3-If we send you a product in the wrong size or color.

4-If the product is damaged during delivery.

5-If there is a defect that occurred during the printing process. For example, gaps in the ink, etc.

For product replacement, please send us an email request for replacement and be sure to include the following:

1-Send an email to info.travelileostore@gmail.com with the following subject line:

Order # “your order number” reprint request

2-Please include a photo of the problem product. Use a ruler in the photo if it is a size issue.

3-Be sure to describe the problem to us with as much info as possible.

**One of our support team will reach out to you within 48 hours.

The order replacement is your responsibility if one of the following situations has occurred:

1-The wrong size was ordered

If you or your customer made an error in the order process and chose the wrong size or color.

2-Artwork problem

If the artwork uploaded was low resolution, the wrong size etc. and as a result the print quality is poor.  It is very important to follow our artwork guidelines to ensure the best printing results.

3-Wrong image ordered.

If you accidentally selected the wrong artwork for printing.

4-Wrong address for delivery.

If there is an error in the address and a package is undeliverable or shipped back to us we are happy to ship it out again for the cost of delivery

Accidents can happen but rest assured we are working very hard to keep you and your customers satisfied. That’s why we have quality control checkpoints throughout the fulfillment process. Your order is inspected several times from intake all the way through the process until we see it securely packaged and in the hands of your shipping carrier. Your satisfaction is our mission!

 

Prices

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations with respect to shipping internationally. We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. We will process payment for the full amount on confirmation of your order.

Despite our best efforts, items in our catalog may be mispriced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card charged. If your credit or debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit or debit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within 28 days of receipt and is in new, unused condition. Availability

All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute items of equal quality and value. You will be notified of such substitutes when you place your order.

Credit Card Payments

We are unable to accept credit, debit, and AMEX cards that are due to expire within the Travelileo FIVE Days.

Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are shipped once authorization has been obtained. In the event of a breach of security by you, you will remain liable for any unauthorized use of your credit card until you update your information.
You are entirely responsible for any and all activities which occur under your user account.
