Travelileo Terms and Conditions – Custom Cartographic Art

1. General Information

This website is operated by Travelileo, owned and managed by Amine Essabir.
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Travelileo.

By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, including any additional policies referenced herein.

2. Products & Nature of Goods

Travelileo specializes in custom-made cartographic art, including:

  • Framed city map artwork

  • Printed wall art

  • Personalized designs created on demand

⚠️ All products are made to order based on customer selections (city, style, color palette, size, personalization).

Because of this:

  • Products are not mass-produced

  • Each order is unique

  • Minor variations may occur and are not considered defects

3. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are displayed in MAD - USD - EUR

  • Prices include any applicable VAT or sales tax where required by law

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel the order

  • Issue a full refund

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method

Payments are processed securely via Shopify and third-party payment providers.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Limit quantities

  • Request additional verification

5. Customization Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Selecting the correct size, color palette, city, and layout

  • Reviewing personalization details carefully before checkout

  • Ensuring spelling and coordinates (if added) are correct

⚠️ Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are produced and shipped within 3–7 business days

  • Shipping times vary by destination

  • Tracking information is provided when available

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Customs delays

  • Import duties or taxes

  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

❌ No Returns for Custom Orders

Because all artworks are custom-made:

  • Returns are not accepted

  • Refunds are not issued for change of mind

✅ Replacements Are Offered If:

We will reprint and reship at our expense if:

  1. The wrong artwork was produced

  2. The size or color does not match the order

  3. The item arrives damaged

  4. There is a clear production defect

To request a replacement:

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including:

  • Designs

  • Maps

  • Text

  • Images

  • Branding

  • Layouts

is the exclusive property of Travelileo and protected by international copyright laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce

  • Resell

  • Modify

  • Distribute

  • Use our designs commercially

without written permission.

9. Personal Use License

By purchasing a product, you are granted a personal, non-commercial license to display the artwork.

Commercial use, resale, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

10. Accuracy of Information

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that:

  • Colors displayed match your screen exactly

  • Geographic data is free from minor artistic interpretation

  • All content is error-free

Maps are artistic representations, not navigation tools.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Travelileo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages

  • Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product

  • Maximum liability shall not exceed $10 USD where applicable
